Local from sign-up to installation
We've been providing quality satellite TV installation and service to customers since 1984, before DISH Network even existed. When we started out, we worked with satellite dishes anywhere from 6 to 20 feet in diameter, in both commercial and residential settings.
That history is the reason the call goes the way it does. When you sign up for DISH Network through us, you're personally dealing with our local techs from sign-up to installation. There is no 1-800 number to work through and no frustrating wait on hold, just the office in Kennewick and the crew that will be on your roof.
We are also an electrical contractor, so a dish that needs a new outlet or a moved cable can be handled without calling in a second company.

What we offer, what we sell, and help picking a plan
Installation comes with the list you would hope for. We offer Free Basic Installation, Upgraded Finishes and HOA Compliance. If your neighborhood has an association, ask us about its rules before the dish goes up rather than after.
On the equipment side, we sell Receivers, Remotes and RV Satellite. RV satellite installation is a real part of what we do, so if the rig is the thing that needs a signal, bring that up when you call.
It's not always easy to figure out which DISH TV plan fits your household best. Our techs navigate these plans every day, so you can talk it through with someone who knows them instead of guessing from a screen. We don't list plans, prices or promotions on this page, so call and talk to a tech about what fits.
Chapter 03
The local difference, and what only DISH can do
Some things only DISH Network can do for you, and we would rather say so up front.
Please note, we are a retailer for DISH Network. We cannot make changes to your account, cancel your account, or set up MyDish.com for you. You will need to contact DISH Network directly for that at (800) 333-3474.
What we can do is show up. One customer needed equipment for a mountain property, and UPS would not deliver to a PO box. Ali, who the customer was working with, offered to drive the equipment from the Tri-Cities to Pendleton to deliver it, because the install appointment was the next day. That is what a local retailer looks like.

Satellite installation and repair also sits on our home theater and low-voltage list next to TV mounting and surround sound. Builders can have the dish location prepped under the eaves during new construction, and the residential electrical team can handle the outlet, the panel or the lighting on the same visit.
