RESIDENTIAL ELECTRICAL

From wiring fixes to full electrical panel upgrades and beyond, our skilled electricians get the job done right. One Kennewick crew, voted Tri-Cities' Best Electrician.
Chapter 01
What goes wrong in a house, and what we look at first
Most calls start with one symptom. A breaker that trips every time two appliances run together. An outlet that's warm to the touch, or one that has quietly gone dead. A light that flickers when something else switches on. The first job for our tech is to assess the problem before anything gets opened up or replaced.
The symptom is often the smaller half of the story. A panel that was fine until the shop, the hot tub or the car charger arrived may simply be out of room. A bathroom, garage or outdoor outlet with no GFCI circuit where water is close is a safety question worth answering now rather than later. Troubleshooting, panel replacements, GFCI circuits, safety and code inspections and code violation repairs share a list because they tend to turn up together.
So we listen first. Tell us what you've noticed, what changed recently and what you're planning to add, and the repair can be sized to the house you actually have.

How a service call runs, from the first hour to the formal bid
Electrician Service Calls: for electrical issues in your home, we set up a service call at our hourly rate. Our tech arrives and assesses the problem. If it can't be fixed in the first hour, the tech goes over with you what needs to be done, approximately how long it will take and the cost of the material, so there are no unexpected expenses.
Small Electrical Jobs, like installing new lighting or outlets, can usually get an estimate over the phone, depending on the scale of the job. When the tech arrives, he goes over the work you've asked for with you, so everything is done to your liking before the job is called finished.
Large Electrical Jobs start with a site survey. Our tech does a walk-through with you and collects every detail the project needs. Then we email a formal bid, and once it's accepted we get you on the schedule. We strive to respond to every request for an estimate within 1 business day.
Chapter 03
The circuits people add after the house is built
A house gets wired for the life its first owner lived, then the electric car, the RV and the hot tub show up.
Electric car plugs and chargers, HVAC wiring, RV pedestals and pool, sauna and hot tub wiring each ask something specific of the panel and the run back to it. Add indoor and outdoor lighting, accent and strip lighting, and temporary power while a remodel is open, and the work stops being one repair and becomes a plan. That's the part of the job we like best: sorting out what goes on which circuit before the first wire is pulled.
We started in 1984 as satellite dish installers, and moving or altering wiring became a daily occurrence. Expanding into a full lineup of electrical services was a natural step, and it lets us do the job quickly and do it right without calling in a second electrical contractor. For you, that means time and cost savings on a single visit.

As named by the Tri-City Herald
2023 Tri-Cities Best Gold Award for Electric Services
“They were quick to come out, look at our work plan and give us a quote. We scheduled a date and time for them to come out and do the work which included installing replacing lights, ceiling fans, and replace electrical outlets.”
One crew, three trades
When the job reaches past the panel, the same crew goes with it.
If the remodel also includes a wall-mounted TV, in-wall speakers or security cameras, our home theater and low-voltage team is the same group of electricians, so the outlet behind the screen gets moved by the same crew that mounts it. Builders can bring us in from the first rough-in on new homes, and we're also the local retailer and installer for DISH Network.
