Where theater jobs go wrong, and how we head them off
Most home theater trouble starts before the TV is on the wall. A screen gets hung first and the wire path gets planned second, which leaves a cable running down fresh paint. Speakers land where the furniture happens to sit instead of where the room wants sound. Components have no proper home, so a receiver ends up shoved into a closed cabinet. Cameras get mounted where there's no power nearby.

How we quote and what we supply
Start by telling us what you want mounted, wired or set up. Smaller jobs can often be talked through and estimated by phone, and we strive to respond to every request for an estimate within 1 business day. For larger jobs, we set up a site survey and give you a formal project bid, so the plan is on paper before anyone picks up a drill.
We can supply security cameras, smart home products, LED lighting and TV mounts. All electronics will need to be supplied by the customer, so you choose the screen, the speakers and the receiver, and we bring the mount, the wire and the know-how.
In-wall speakers in several rooms are a good example of the work. One customer used us for exactly that, plus relocating a few outlets, and wrote that the installers arrived exactly on time, introduced themselves and the company, went promptly to work, and left the installation flawless and clean.
Chapter 03
After the install
A finished install should feel like it was always part of the house.
If something stops working later, Technical Support is a service call at our hourly rate. Our tech arrives and assesses the problem. If it can't be fixed in the first hour, the tech goes over what needs to be done, approximately how long it will take and the cost of the material used, so there are no unexpected expenses.
Because the people mounting your TV are electricians, the outlet behind it can be moved by the same crew in the same visit. Early on, we found that moving or altering wiring was a daily part of installing television and internet service, and it's why we do our job quickly and do it right without having to call in an electrical contractor. The result is time and cost savings for everyone involved.
